This Cookie Policy applies to the websites owned and operated by NetElixir, including netelixir.com, lxrguide.com, and the LXR Products Platform located at lxrproducts.ai (collectively, the "Platform"). The LXR Products Platform hosts NetElixir's suite of AI-driven products (each a "Product," collectively the "Products"), currently comprising LXRGPT (lxrgpt.ai and/or its designated subdomain), LXRInsights (lxrinsights.ai, lxrinsights.com, and/or its designated subdomain), and LXRSense (lxrsense.ai and/or its designated subdomain), together with any additional products NetElixir may launch under the Platform from time to time.
To make the Platform work as intended and to provide you with an optimized and responsive experience, we need to recall and store certain information about how you access and use the Platform, across whichever Product(s) you use. To do so, we place small data files called "cookies" on your accessing computer or device.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your accessing computer or mobile device when you visit the Platform. It enables the Platform to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time, so you don't have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another, including when you move between the Products hosted on lxrproducts.ai.
How do we use cookies?
We use cookies for a variety of reasons, including:
- To analyze the usage of our Platform, products and services

LXRGPT, LXRInsights, LXRSense, and lxrproducts.ai also use Hotjar tracking code, which sets additional cookies.

Cookies related to Connected Accounts
Where you connect a third-party account — such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Google, or Meta — to a Product such as LXRInsights or LXRSense (each, a "Connected Account"), that third-party platform may set its own cookies or similar technologies as part of the authentication and authorization process (for example, session or OAuth-related cookies used to keep your Connected Account linked). These cookies are set and controlled by the third-party platform under its own cookie and privacy policies, not by NetElixir, and are not listed in the tables above.
How to control cookies
You can control and/or delete cookies as you wish. You can delete all cookies that are already on your accessing computer or device and you can set most browsers to prevent them from being placed. If you do this, however, you may have to manually adjust some preferences every time you visit a site and some services and functionalities may not operate as intended, and you may need to reconnect any Connected Accounts used with LXRInsights, LXRSense, or other Products.
Policy changes
This Cookie Policy may be updated or changed from time to time in our sole discretion and without any prior notice. Any updates or changes will take effect as of the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Cookie Policy. Your continued use of the Platform, Sites and Services after any such updates or changes have been posted shall constitute your agreement to such updates or changes.
